Every reported number, traced to a site record
One ledger for energy and emissions across plants: entries move from draft to recorded to verified, factors live in a library, and each report line opens onto the records behind it.

Three statuses, one rule
A figure only counts as ready when the entries under it have been checked by someone other than the person who entered them.
- Draft
1. Entered at the site
A data steward keys in or imports the activity quantity. It sits in the ledger as a draft and is visible but not yet relied on.
- Recorded
2. Matched to a source
The quantity is checked against the meter reading, invoice or log it came from, and the source id is attached.
- Verified
3. Approved by a second person
A reviewer approves it. Only verified entries let a report line be approved.
What this demo is, and is not
It shows how site-level data can stay traceable from a source record to a report line, with a status on every entry and an approval gate. Plants, quantities, factors and roles are invented and the factors are illustrative. It does not generate a regulatory filing, tag data for any disclosure format, or provide third-party assurance of calculations.
